County seeks documents for Northern Arapaho land-into-trust

Commissioners in Hot Springs County, Wyoming, are trying to get more information on a Northern Arapaho Tribe land-into-trust application.

The Bureau of Indian Affairs has reportedly agreed to acquire 243 acres in trust for the tribe. But the agency won't let the county see any of the documents.

Officials fear the tribe will use the land for a casino but they don't know what's in the application.
